What does an AI automation consultant do?
I design and ship production automations for manual workflows. Deterministic logic handles the predictable parts. AI is used only for judgment calls where rules fail. The output is shippable code in your stack, not a slide deck.
How long does an AI automation project take?
Most engagements ship a working system in 2 to 6 weeks. Scoping takes one call. Proof-of-concept runs one to two weeks. Hardening and deployment take another two to four weeks.
How do you price AI automation projects?
Project-based fixed pricing with priced milestones, or a fractional retainer for ongoing work. You get a full scope and a fixed price before any work starts. No hourly opacity.
Which tools and platforms do you build on?
Claude API, n8n, Make.com, Python, and TypeScript. Deployment on Hetzner, Cloudflare, or client cloud. Self-hosted LLM via Ollama or RunPod when data residency demands it.
Do you work with non-DACH clients?
Yes. Remote engagements with English-speaking clients worldwide. The DACH focus is language and regulatory fluency for DE, AT, and CH, not a geographic limit.
